Fugers Food Group was very honoured that their International Sales Director and former Executive Chef Henk de Vries was asked to be a member of the judging panel for the Northern Ireland Young Chef of the Year contest at the Salon Culinaire at IFEX Fair in Belfast.<\/p>\n

IFEX is Northern Ireland\u2019s PREMIER showcase of the latest food & drink products, catering equipment, interiors, technology and services to the food, retail and hospitality industries.<\/p>\n

It was a great pleasure to see the high culinary skills of all the competitors. Many thanks to the other members of the jury and in special to Mr Sean F. Owens, IFEX Salon Culinaire Director for making this all happen.<\/p>\n
